Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced Registered Care Managers to play a critical role ensuring that both our residents and colleagues feel supported every single day. You will be responsible for the professional delivery of care to a number of residents within a specified geographical area and build strong local partnerships with key care professionals., You will be joining an organisation with strong values, a highly supportive culture and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of employees. In addition, you will work alongside highly motivated colleagues in an environment of strong teamwork whilst also having fun. To be successful you will need experience of working in a care setting at a senior/supervisory level coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills. You will have proven experience in enabling older people to live later life well and enhancing their wellbeing.
