Full Job Description

The post holder will use their assessment and planning skills to provide the highest quality evidence based nursing care to our patients. The tasks carried out will be at the highest standard in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.

They will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to
meet the needs of their patients and provide support to their colleagues. The post holder will be able to demonstrate the Health Boards Values and Behaviours.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
