Recruitment Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.,

• Collaborate with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.


• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific job roles.


• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates through various channels, networking events, and online platforms.


• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilising both traditional and innovative methods.


• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to job offer negotiation and placement.


• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to enhance your expertise and effectiveness.
  
  Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a permanent placement or agency setting.


• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.


• Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
