Full Job Description

  • Act as minute taker for Radiotherapy Research and Development meetings

  • Prepare and co-ordinate meetings and events which include members of the Trust, external Trusts, national and international bodies

  • Co-ordinate all research submissions and amendments to appropriate ethics committee's, research and development offices and other required approvals, as per Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and in accordance with Research Governance and other regulatory requirements.

  • In collaboration with oncology research teams, ensure that site files for Radiotherapy studies are maintained according to regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for complex data collection on the Radiotherapy research team portfolio of studies as per Good Clinical Practice guidelines (GCP), transcribing complex information to Case Report Forms (CRF's) with supervision and guidance.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Radiotherapy Research Administrator wishing to expand their knowledge and experience at a purpose built Cancer Centre, providing world class cancer care and research to the people of South East Wales., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
