Siemens Healthineers has an exciting opportunity for an agile and dedicated Change Project Manager to join our R&D Engineering Productivity team in Witney. This is a great hybrid working role if you aspire to build a career in Project Management but have not yet had the opportunity. It comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

As an R&D Project Manager, you will manage several change projects contributing to the team's business objectives. Predominantly, we are making design or material changes to components to reduce the cost of the product, improve a current product or because of changes in the supply of existing parts.

In your first few weeks in this Change Project Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Implement projects on time


  • Robust use of the change management process whilst implementing changes


  • Commercial evaluation of business cases for change projects


  • You are prioritising the most beneficial projects to implement and applying Lean Methodologies to your Change Projects.

    To apply for this Change Project Manager role, you must be a qualified technical degree or have extensive equivalent experience. You will also require the following:


  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills


  • Experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment; this could include Design Engineering, Projects, Material Engineering or similar


  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team to help solve complex problems and implement effective solutions.


  • Ideally, experience working in a modular development agile environment.
