Full Job Description

Throughout the 12 month placement, as a Quality Assurance Officer - Aseptic Services your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

  • Monitor and Assist quality assurance activities, to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP

  • Promoting quality compliance, performance improvement and achievement throughout the organisation.

  • Controlling and maintaining Pharmaceutical Quality Systems.

  • Writing, reviewing, and approving quality documents (For example, unplanned incidents, change requests, CAPA, procedural documents, complaints, master batch records etc.)

  • Supporting the Aseptic Department with quality activities such as the raising and execution of quality documents (For example, unplanned incidents, change requests, CAPA, procedural documents, complaints, master batch records etc.)

  • Approving and periodic reviewing of vendors, including identification of supply chain and creation and approving quality agreements.

  • Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers and colleagues.

  • Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security at all times.

    Currently attending university studying a scientific related discipline.

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous.

  • English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent).

  • Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software.

  • Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.

  • Well-developed verbal, written, numeric and presentation skills.

  • Good planning, organisational and time management skills along with an ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively with others.
