The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of project planning and will be a strong self-motivated individual to help support the delivery of the projects. We need you to be awesome with your organisation and have superb IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word. Part of this exciting role is to help arrange and attend project meetings and also produce comprehensive minutes of the meetings, any experience of this would be really beneficial. You will help coordinate data to ensure timely completion of projects and accurate recording across all systems, including the collection of compliance certificates where required.

We need you to be experienced in working to deadlines and not to be phased by service pressures, as you will be working in a front line customer service environment, providing effective communication with all key stakeholders to provide an excellent and well informed customer journey. Another part of the role is to provide project support for subcontract works including contractor liaising, placing/amending purchase orders, and goods receipting purchase orders for payment. If you think you have the experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Our story began in 2018 and we'd like you to be part of our future. With over 15,000 homes, 30,000 customers and 750 colleagues, we're changing lives every day. We're looking for people who are travelling in the same direction when it comes to the way we work, live our values and deliver our services. Our reward and recognition offer is pretty impressive too!

We have ambitious plans for further growth and impact, and we need the right people to take this leap with us. It may be challenging at times, but you can be assured that it is going to be rewarding and inspiring. After all, we are changing lives, every day, in all that we do.

Our values and extremely important to us and we want all our colleagues to really live our values every day, we are looking for candidates who show they have the skills to do the role and are aligned with our values.
