- Train sales team in each EMEA region on Value Added Services
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources for proposals.
- Conduct research to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Provide support to sales representatives by responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on project status and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
