Full Job Description

Reporting to Global Real Estate GR/ FCM-GB, this role is an integral position responsible for driving and managing strategic real estate projects within UK and Ireland.

  • To have solid comprehensive insight and understanding of Real Estate and be able to connect the projects into the broader business context and strategy

  • Supporting the UK and Ireland Project Management topics, advising, consulting and giving technical directions to working groups

  • Manage, lead, participate and coordinate projects based on the project charter - central or local

  • Consult with project sponsor and stakeholders to identify project scope, objectives, requirements, resources and delivery timelines

  • Lead teams to deliver high quality projects within specified time, constraints and limit risk to reach objective

  • Achieve Real Estate project deliverables and objectives, with a target opportunity outlook

  • Establish, manage and maintain effective relationships with the project team and members - central, local, external and influencers and within the Service Teams

  • Managing activities and resources in the working groups and Service Teams

  • Feed project learning back and instil learnings in subsequent projects, to drive continuous process improvement, good practices and lessons learnt

  • Track progress, set work packages, schedules, deadlines and delegate tasks to members

  • Measure project status and performance using appropriate systems, analytical tools and techniques

  • Implement roadmaps, budget planning/ management, monitoring/ tracking/ reporting against project plan

  • Participate in project review meetings

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with revising based on changing needs and requirements

  • Marketing activities to increase presence as Global Real Estate, presenting individual cases to relevant stakeholders

  • Drive the implementation and monitoring of compliance in accordance with external and internal regulations.

  • Examine and improve audit processes to ensure compliance matters are low risk

    Prince2 - level5 Project management.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding

  • Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of and experience with agile working methods

  • Entrepreneurial & strategic business mind-set

  • Achieving success with continuous improvement skills, driving change in a proactive manner

  • Manage larger, more complex projects and be responsible for multiple projects

  • Develops lasting relations to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders

  • Solid numeracy, analytical & negotiation skills

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

  • Additional Information

    Full time role (37.5hrs) based at Denham with travel to other locations required.
