  • Lead and build our programmatic team: Hire, mentor, and motivate our programmatic specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Own the programmatic strategy: Develop and implement programmatic solutions that achieve client goals and exceed campaign objectives.

  • Craft winning campaigns: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven programmatic campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Master of optimisation: Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments to maximise ROI.

  • Tech guru: Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving programmatic landscape, exploring new technologies and platforms to stay at the forefront of the industry.

  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate trusting partnerships with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Passionate advocate: Be an ambassador for programmatic within Two Circles, educating colleagues and sharing your expertise.

  • Proven track record of success in delivering ROI-driven programmatic campaigns for diverse clients.

  • Expert in programmatic platforms, technologies, and optimisation strategies. Including: DSP's, Adserving, Programmatic Display, OLV, dOOH, Digital Audio and CTV.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, captivating audiences with insights and recommendations.

  • Data-driven approach, analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Passionate about programmatic and the power of data to drive marketing success.

  • A strategic thinker with a can-do attitude and a thirst for innovation.

    Two Circles, market-leading sports marketing agency, is looking for a Programmatic lead to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. You'll be the mastermind behind our programmatic strategy, building and leading a talented team of specialists and shaping the future of our programmatic services.

    Though these are the basics written down, we will principally be recruiting for energy, values and commitment - both to Two Circles and to your career. Even if you feel you don't tick 100% of the boxes but feel you could bring value to the role, we'd still love to hear from you!
