Full Job Description

  • Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and user stories, through collaboration with the product management and development teams

  • Own the product vision and roadmap, actively championing the product with the organisation

  • Partner with a variety of internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of customers needs and mark trends, ensuring we have a competitive edge within the industry

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritising features and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Foster a culture of user-centricity, conducting user research and incorporating feedback into product iterations and feature enhancements

  • Track product performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Work with internal stakeholders to promote identified changes, At least the cost of living pay increase every year

  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent commercial experience

  • Strong experience of implementing and maintaining Scrum processes, and of defining, developing and bringing customer-facing digital products to market

  • Knowledge of user-centred design methods and how to apply to product development.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with good stakeholder management

  • Ability to speak and relay information to a non-technical audience, whilst understanding technical challenges and how they influence the customer experience

  • Ability to formulate and conduct primary and secondary research including the use of analytics tools to identify and prioritise enhancements

    Passiv, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Product Owner who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service". You will be driving the vision and roadmap for our AWS hosted domestic energy management product, which are being developed to deliver home decarbonisation.

    Passiv produce world-leading solutions for low carbon technologies. Our products optimise the operation of heating systems such as heat pumps across many properties simultaneously, improving their efficiency, enabling renewable energy to be capitalised when it is available, and making energy grids stable and affordable.
