Full Job Description
- Serve as the primary contact to the FE. Building relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices & terms
- Create a supply chain (preferred supplier/back up supplier)
- Stock planning and forecasting
- Establish and manage a core product list (continuity lines, ensure best sellers have a healthy stock level)
- Place POs with factories for stock lines, customer bespoke orders & orders being placed specifically for large customers
- Ensure product testing requirements are met and that product labelling adheres to global testing/compliance/safety requirements
- Manage QC/ QA issues and resolve any problems which may arise
- Manage factory audits
- Approve factory PI and agree factory shipment dates for critical path
- Price list management - update wholesale prices and ensure price list is up to date.
- Arrange testing samples to ensure stock can be printed in house prior to order being placed
- Arrange pre-production and production / shipment samples for warehouse stock lines.
- Provide samples which allow the Sales Team to pre-sell
- Manage excess stock and clearance lines
The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar role and environment. You must have good attention to detail and a methodical and organised approach to work. You will be experienced in procurement & supply chains and able to thrive under pressure with good problem-solving skills., Previous experience in a similar role with experience of pricing and working with overseas factories. - Good knowledge of critical path management / liaising with buyers, factories and sales is key.

- Strong time management skills.
- Highly organised, efficient and can work to tight deadlines, within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be pro-active, able to use initiative.
