Process Maturity Consultant

It's an exciting time here at AXA Health where we've an opportunity for a Process Maturity Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting into the Design and Optimisation Maturity Lead, you'll play a crucial role, shaping our process framework, helping the organization identify areas for improvement and guiding them towards efficient world-class processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Create the process framework for AXA Health documenting processes at all levels


• Collaborate with colleagues across AXA to mature the operational excellence framework and unlock the value contained


• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and utilise analytical tools and methodologies


• Demonstrate creativity in your approach to problem-solving, exploring innovative solutions to challenges and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains


• Conduct research and benchmarking activities to stay aware of industry best practices and emerging trends


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and present findings and updates to the project team and stakeholders as required


• Proactively develop your skill set and industry knowledge, seeking opportunities for professional growth


• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and decision-making, maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables
  
  Proven experience as an analyst within an operational excellence design and optimisation setting


• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes


• Ability to articulate complex concepts and facilitate discussions with a diverse audience


• Experience of creating process frameworks and knowledge of various models


• Creative outlook and a willingness to explore new approaches to design and optimization settings


• Experience of using process management/modelling tools and methodologies (ARIS desirable)


• Knowledge of operational excellence methodology and maturity approaches


• Understanding of process mapping standards e.g. BPMN2 and industry best practice
