Full Job Description

Here at AXA Health, we have new opportunities for Process Improvement Analysts to join our growing team, on both a full-time permanent basis and a 12 month FTC.

Reporting to the Design and Optimisation Maturity Lead, as a Process Improvement Analyst you'll have two primary focuses. You'll support the team with creative insights, research, and analysis as well as collaborating with senior team members and stakeholders to contribute to the development of innovative business models, service blueprints, and market strategies. You'll also support senior team members in executing improvement projects and driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform Business Design & Optimisation projects.

  • Assisting with developing business models and strategic frameworks, contributing to the ideation and evaluation of new business opportunities.

  • Supporting the creation of service blueprints and customer journey maps, visualising end-to-end processes and interactions, to include identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on optimisation strategies.

  • Assisting with creating visualisations and presentations to communicate complex concepts and analysis effectively.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams supporting the achievement of project milestones.

  • Taking part in stakeholder meetings and workshops, gathering requirements and gaining a sound understanding of business needs.

  • Supporting senior team members in conducting data analysis and gathering insights for optimisation projects.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document processes, workflows, and pain points as well as assisting in identifying areas for improvement and potential optimisation opportunities.

    Experience in improving processes including mapping, maintaining, and updating documents is essential.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar tools used for data analysis and visualisation.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, building partnerships to meet objectives.

  • Ability to adapt approach to suit the demands of different situations and understand the cues that suggest a change in approach is needed.

  • Results driven and resilient.

  • Knowledge or application of Intelligent Process Automation solutions would be desirable.
