Let's talk about your new role with Lowell.The UK Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the valuation analysis of new debt portfolios being assessed for acquisition, including the construction of target gross collection and cost curve forecasts, and proposing associated pricing recommendations.Some of your key accountabilities and
responsibilities:Carry out detailed analysis (using SAS) and valuation of debt purchase portfolios in the UKPartner with members of the Deal Team, to identify, understand and incorporate all appropriate perspectives into the modelling and valuation of the transaction in questionPresent analysis and recommendations to a range of internal stakeholders and at Investment CommitteeMaintain complete compliance with established pricing governance and risk management practicesProduce high quality ad-hoc analysis when required to assist with key projectsWhat do we need from you?Undergraduate degree in economics, business, or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)Experience with programming language is desired but not essential (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, R etc.)Some background in data analytics, gained from either professional experience or academic studyHave a keen interest to further develop your analytical skills and desire to translate complex data into high quality and detailed
