Full Job Description

deliver individualised treatment programmes through advanced assessments and undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. This will include utilising investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualised management and treatment plans, using a range of communication to communicate with carers to gain their co-operation in order to progress patients rehabilitation and to operate as a lone practitioner when working in community and domiciliary settings with support of management via telephone. There will be a responsibility to provide supervision to junior colleagues, plus deliver expert advice, teaching and training to other members within the MDT regarding the management of neurological patients whilst working jointly with colleagues in a co-ordinated multi-disciplinary approach. To be successful in applying for this role you will need: Current relevant professional registration Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience Enhanced DBS UK/NHS
