Personal Care Professional

Main Duties: Working as part of a small self-managing team. Demonstrating

flexibility and adaptability by covering care calls, where possible.

1. To provide personal and social care to clients as required by the care plan under the direction and supervision of the Line Manager.

2. To comply with all company policies, procedures and guidance contained within the employee handbook.

3. To comply with the company policies and procedures in all matters relating to Health and Safety, security, and emergency protocol procedures.

4. To maintain care standards in accordance with the company policies and procedures, National Minimum Care Standards and regulations.

5. To participate in and support social activities organised for the client.

6. To report any changes in clients' condition or circumstances to the line manager.

7. To report any equipment that is faulty.

8. To maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

9. To complete mandatory training as required and specific training as identified in the Training Plan and Personal Development Plan.

10. Undertaking any other tasks that might be reasonably requested by the line manager.

£12 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
