  • Responsible for all aspects of generalist HR in support of the People Director

  • Own policies and procedures, staying up to date with employment law changes

  • Able to "run" with a project, end-to-end, shaping the people experience across the group

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relation issues, providing pragmatic guidance and support to managers and employees

  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, mediation, ensuring fair and consistent treatment

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits

  • Support with system maintenance and payroll processing

    You'll be a Senior HR Advisor or Manager with a passion for driving positive change and will be looking to work in a transformational People Team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategies in a supportive and forward-thinking team inclusive of dedicated Generalist, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development professionals.


  • For success in this role, prior experience in a dynamic and fast paced organisation is essential. In addition, a background in service-orientated industries such as retail or hospitality, or experience in an operational service based or managerial role would be valuable.

    You'll also possess demonstrable experience of effectively managing employee relations cases across various levels of complexity and familiarity with TUPE (both in and out) would be advantageous.
