PCN Care Coodinator

North Lincolnshire East PCN are recruiting a Care Coordinator to be based at The Killingholme Surgery, South Killingholme., The purpose of the Administration Assistants job is to:

Provide administrative support to the practice as required by the practice manager.

Become an integral part of the practices yearly QOF provision.

Ensure Recall systems are run on time.

Other administrative duties are undertaken at the request of the Partners and Management Team.

Single handed GP surgery with a full complement of support staff; Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, dispensing staff and administration staff
