Parts Supervisor

Join us as a Parts Supervisor - on a daily basis you will serve our internal and external customers in a timely manner, giving them effective advice based on your personal knowledge of products.

As a Parts Supervisor, you will be involved with the day-to-day management of the Department along with the Parts Leader

What does the role of the Parts Supervisor involve?

• Provide excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner


• Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products


• Use Manufacturer's Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs


• Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
  
  Be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face


• Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts


• Attention to detail and being a champion of continuous improvement


• People-focused and an inspirational team player


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Customer-facing experience and proficiency in IT systems and packages
