Full Job Description

We are recruiting a team to support one gentleman who lives in his own home in Ibstock. You will be working alongside him in his own home and it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. He is a huge Star Wars fan, loves Marvel and Disney too and enjoys getting out into the wider community. We are looking for staff who can be engaging, positive and are outgoing, who can understand how important structure and routine can be to him. Experience supporting challenging behaviours, either professionally or personally is beneficial.

This is a part time role and hours can be discussed at interview stage. You should be available to work a variety of shifts between 7am -10pm across the week and alternative weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.

For this role it would preferable if you have a full UK driving licence and have held it for one year.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
