Order Fulfilment Assistant

· Processing customer orders; Assisting the Order Fulfilment management team with the daily admin of the department.

· Reviewing customer requests for order changes & cancellations, updating inventory levels

· Pick, pack, and ship products ensuring items are correct and undamaged

· Lifting of heavy items at varying stages of the picker/packer process

· Processing orders across all marketplaces and stores, dispatch processes to include label creation

· Assist the management team with placing/chasing supplier orders via email and phone, The successful candidate will be working with customer orders a daily basis and will need to have pride in their work. You will also need to be computer literate and understand the pressures and expectations of a busy Internet department, adaptability is of key importance.
