Full Job Description

  • Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship Standard qualification

  • Functional Skills in English, if required

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

  • Full-time 5 out of 7 days - including weekend working

  • Daily on-the-job training in store - no college to attend

    Our Optical Assistant Apprenticeship (Level 3) gives anyone a chance to start an exciting career while earning a full-time wage. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like a career in optics. You'll make sure everything runs as smoothly by looking out for little problems that crop-up., Communication skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 9-4 (A-C)) Essential, Before applying, please bear in mind the salary and check that you are able to travel to the store location on a daily basis.
