Onsite Sports Account Manager | Bisham Abbey

Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham provides excellent facilities to Britain's leading sports men and women. We are also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Duty Manager to join our friendly and successful team.

As Onsite Sports Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day management of our sports organisations that use or enquire about hiring facilities at Bisham Abbey, primary sports and partners include England Hockey, RFU, Fab Football Academy, British Shooting and Living Tennis.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

Your main duties:

• Fulfil requests for all enquiries both over the phone and online reservations.


• Making bookings as required for community sports, onsite partners, NGB's, Corporate customers and Casual bookings for both facilties and accomodation


• Update invoice and accommodation sales tracker and produce reports as requested by management team.


• Raise booking forms & residential course information ensuring this is produced in a timely manner for all bookings


• Complete bookings weekly supplement, attending operational planning meetings and providing operational information as required.
  
  The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Bisham, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.


• As Onsite Sports Account Manager you will have a high level of literacy and numeracy ideally hold a relevant business administration qualification.


• You will have excellent organisational and communication skills.


• Confident using various systems including Microsoft packages., Google Chrome is the preferred browser to access Serco careers website
