The Role

This is unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing departments in UK's second largest independent media agency. The Online Media team is responsible for enabling client growth through smart, disruptive and impactful integration of Online Media with our world-beating AV and Print Media propositions.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to use your advanced technical knowledge to activate and deliver best in class online video and display campaigns that effectively deliver against client needs. Based on the nature of our clients, these needs are always developing and changing. This gives you the opportunity to devise solutions against wide ranging objectives, shaping client growth as you go.

Forming a key part of collaborative and forward-thinking team you'll gain exposure beyond your focused online channels, gaining visibility over the wider media and marketing landscape as well as opportunities that fall under other wings of our parent company, the What's Possible Group. The high growth nature of the company provides lots of opportunity for progression, and we will provide you with all the support and training you need to help you on this journey.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading day-to-day campaign delivery for key online clients, collaborating with client, planning and broader specialist teams at TSW to deliver effective and integrated online solutions.

  • Demonstrate your clear understanding of the role of your channel within the wider media mix, utilising your advanced technical knowledge to meet changing challenges.

  • Building a positive relationship with clients and wider internal teams with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor.

  • Developing accurate and insightful reporting for ongoing campaigns, confidently presenting this to clients and internal stakeholders whenever needed.

  • Analyse campaign results and use data to find insights that can contribute to the planning process and client development.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth, evaluate the way your channel(s) could help deliver this growth. With support from senior members within online and client team.

  • Lead junior team members with campaign deployment and regular reporting requirements ensuring the team are confidently and consistently meeting our exceptional deployment and reporting standard. Champion their learning and development with support from department leads.

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues affecting delivery/tracking of campaigns, considering future-proofed solutions where you can.

  • Stay up to date with the market:

  • Analysing new media opportunities, to identify those that meet TSW partner standards and would add value to our clients.

  • Interpret impact of industry changes and development on ways of working and our clients.

  • Championing your own development, and that of junior members of the team, through regular training sessions, on the job learning, and personal objectives.

Minimum 3 years experience activating and delivering online media campaigns including video and display, ideally across both brand and performance.

  • Thorough and up-to-date understanding of tagging, tracking and measurement infrastructure using Google CM360 and other ad platforms.

  • Experience using a tag management platform, ideally Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Enjoy handling and working closely with data, including interrogating that data to find actionable insight using a dashboarding platform such as Google Looker Studio, Datorama, Tableau or Adverity.

  • Experience navigating, interrogating and customising Google Analytics 4.

  • Proven ability to build positive, long terms relationships with key client contacts, solve problems and run meetings and presentations, all founded in great communication skills.

  • Ability to work accurately and collaboratively at pace in a fast moving environment, using your superb organisation skills to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail.

  • Good judgement and decision-making skills, including an ability to think creatively when necessary to find the best solutions.

  • You'll have a can-do attitude and an infectious 'What's Possible' approach to delivering the best work our clients have seen.

  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working across other online channels such as social or search.

  • Understanding of the core principles behind integrated cross channel planning and buying across wider offline and online channels.

  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.

We provide an exciting, fast paced, people first environment that allows everyone to grow, learn and thrive. We encourage a flexible way of working to adapt to personal circumstances, individual, and business needs.

  • Currently trialling a 9 day fortnight, meaning staff have every other Friday off!

We offer all our employees share options, and we've built a benefits package that invests in our employees' long-term personal and professional growth and wellbeing.
