Full Job Description

Supervise and manage the office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage and reconcile expenses using QuickBooks or similar software
- Coordinate and organize company events or meetings
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required
