Full Job Description
Handle all aspects of office administration, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments between Management, staff, parents and visitors
- Assist with all aspects of administration to ensure smooth running of the Educational faculty
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to record absences and personal records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to various projects as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong team management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- High level of attention to detail
