Full Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity for an Office Admin/Customer Service to join a great team of people working for long standing and reputable group based in Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Halman Thompson are a Brass and Copper specialist, creating bespoke splashbacks, table tops, wall panels and much more. In the last 12 months the business has really accelerated and we're looking for the perfect new member to help take us to the next level!

Duties will include:

- Taking inbound calls
- Answering customer queries via email
- Liaising with production team
- Maintaining customer relationships and keeping them updated with order progress
- Taking card payments
- Filing and maintaining internal documents

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience in this area who wishes to secure a role in an organisation with ample opportunities to expand their skills., Good customer service skills
- Good writing skills
- Fantastic attention to detail and organizational skills
- A good team player
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual
- Be able to use own initiative
- Driving license is preferred as we have a couple of sites based in Newcastle.
