Full Job Description

We are the Industry leader in the design and manufacture of automation and control solutions. This ranges from best-in-class leading products such as LV switchgear and enclosures through to advanced automation solutions such as PLCs, VSDs, complex motion applications and Robotics.
By utilising these offers, and offers from other Schneider Electric business units, Schneider Electric increases plant and production efficiencies and at the same time having more visibility and functionality over the control of the customer's manufacturing processes.
Your Mission:
To increase the profitable sales of all applicable Schneider Electric products, software, and services, to the relevant customer base, in this case the OEM's, in line with company objectives.
You will work with all the other industry segments and activities to ensure strong interdependent links between teams ensuring increased customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
# You will promote applicable Schneider Electric products and services within the Original Equipment Manufacturer and develop new customer business opportunities, gaining orders, specification, and standardisation.
# You will be required to formulate and implement a detailed account plan for each of the strategic target accounts in your portfolio.
# In consultation with your line manager, you will constantly review your customer base so that the correct balance of target accounts is maintained (buying & business development accounts).
# As part of this role, you will ensure that customer issues are owned and resolved by the most appropriate owners within the business units.
# You will be expected to maintain in a timely manner the Schneider Electrics CRM tool (Salesforce) with all relevant customer information as required by your line manager to support business needs.
# The role is predominantly account management; however, a business development mindset is required to develop new business accounts.
# You will be required to develop and maintain senior C level relationships to enable you to build a strong pipeline of opportunities to exceed your financial targets.
# Liaising with the wider SE business, you will leverage your relationships within your accounts to identify opportunities to cross sell other Schneider Electric products and services, working closely with your colleagues in all business areas nationally and internationally.

# Highly experienced start-to-finish key account manager with a proven track record of specification switching, with the ability to work collabortively with a highly matrixed Sales and Offer Marketing Team.
# With a passion for digitization, sustainability, technology, and innovation you will take a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest trends in the market and the key solutions our clients need.
# Our ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with a hunger to succeed in a high-profile sales position.
