Full Job Description

  • Delivery of a coordinated approach to Occupational Health and Wellbeing management for all RWE UK Companies, managing service within legal framework

  • Assist business in delivery of their health and wellbeing services e.g. fitness for work medicals, health surveillance, case management, sickness, absence management, management referrals, business travel health and health promotion (wellbeing events at the sites)

  • Support in delivery of targeted successful campaigns based on data analysis that deliver improvements in the Health and Wellbeing of employee cohort

  • Actively seeks to work closely with key stakeholders, HR and business leads to deliver an enhancement in the service

  • Seeks benchmark data and information on best practice methods and works with a continuous improvement mind-set.

  • Audit of clinical practice and records demonstrates compliance to OH&W procedures and best practice

  • Support the delivery of Wellbeing initiatives across the UK business

    Appropriate Occupational Nursing Health Qualification (Qualified to Degree Level or a Diploma with relevant experience)

  • Working effectively within a clinical team and working collaborating by sharing best practice

  • Being an innovative and focussed self-starter who can identify initiatives, opportunities, engage others and implement activity in a fast paced, customer focussed environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner across all levels of the organisation

  • Self-motivation and interpersonal skills with a strong focus in areas of sound judgement, consistency, team work, listening, influencing, challenging, coaching, development, performance management and importantly, a great sense of humour

  • Being committed to personal performance with passion, energy, pace, a can do attitude and a strong work ethic

  • Excellent verbal and literacy skills to provide clear advice and direction

  • An expected starting salary from £46 153 to £- £54 298 depending on experience and up to 15% annual bonus
