The Mall School

The Nursery at The Mall, has quickly become the nursery of choice for families and staff alike in Twickenham! Thanks to our vibrant and inspiring team and incredible outdoor learning environment, we are now able to offer opportunities for Nursery Nurses to join our team.

We are so excited to be able to appoint Nursery Nurses for our baby, toddler and preschool rooms as demand for our stunning 78 place nursery continues to grow. We are conveniently located just a short walk from The Mall School on Hampton Road.

Every child deserves the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfil their potential. The role of our early years teams is to deliver a high quality early years education and create a positive environment for staff, children and families.

Our Early Years Educators will be responsible to the Nursery Manager for the quality of teaching and learning to meet children's individual needs and provide for their personal development.

In return we offer our staff team an excellent range of benefits including FREE lunch cooked onsite at The Mall School and the week between Christmas and New Year off, in addition to their holiday entitlement

We have positions available from 2 - 5 days per week, all year round. If you have recently qualified as a Level 3 Nursery Nurse or are experienced and looking for a change, we're sure to have the right opportunity for you.

The Mall Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. All applicants invited to interview will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK and complete a suitability declaration. Successful applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references from previous employers and, where appropriate, provide a certificate of good conduct before starting work with the nursery. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the nursery is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
