Nursery Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the nursery., Manage all aspects of the nursery, including staff, children, and facilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise nursery staff
- Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing best practices in early childhood education
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, enrolment, and children's development
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and children

Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Passion for providing high-quality childcare and promoting children's development
- Ability to drive initiatives forward and adapt to changing needs
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in early childhood education
