Full Job Description

The Night Facilities Service Team Leader will provide supervision to the Night Service Facilities Officers and support the Night Service Manager to deliver a professional, high quality, service including security, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, anti-social behaviour and emergency response, lone working monitoring, business continuity response, emergency janitorial and Salix Homes' emergency call centre.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern starting at 6pm till 6am, as part of a team delivering a front-line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

This role would suit a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills who thrives on a varied workload in a busy customer focused environment. This role requires someone who can assume direction and support for a small team, providing a comprehensive service to a diverse range of customers.

Annual Salary of up to £26,421 - (with additional 33.3% shift enhancement of up to £8,806.08)
