Night Porter

As a Nights Porter, you will support the Nights team to ensure the smooth running of the Night operation. You will be key to ensuring safety and security across our hotel during the evenings; and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. Additionally, computer tasks, finance tasks and cleaning tasks will all be part of the role. We are looking for someone with lots of personality and with an eye for detail.,

• Offering a great first impression to all guests on arrival in the hotel



• Preparing Night Audit report, balancing cash and complete night audit process



• Integral in ensuring the safety & security of guests and employees in the hotel at night



• Professional handling of guest enquiries and queries



• Conducting efficient check out in line with brand standards



• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management including general cleaning duties, setting up breakfast service, serving drinks, basic cooking skills
