An exciting pivotal role has been created at Belgrave Neighbourhood Co-operative Housing Association (BNCHA). In order to support the 480 members of the Association, my client is recruiting for a Membership Engagement Officer. BNCHA is keen to progress their "Active Membership Strategy" to encourage and support its members to get involved in the co-op.

Given the size of the team, there is a strong requirement to be flexible but you will look to:

· Direct communications with BNCHA members in various ways;

· Gather information about BNCHA members' needs in their homes, such as how they wish to be communicated with and whether they have special needs that will help them to be engaged and receive a better service;

· Contacting BNCHA members to ascertain their views about repairs and other services to ensure that their individual needs are being properly addressed and to gather general information that could improve services;

· Being involved with BNCHA community and other events and workshops aimed at involving BNCHA members in the services they receive and in the local community.
