Full Job Description

As our Paid Meta Account Manager for Flavour Blaster, you will be at the forefront of driving digital success for our innovative brand.

Your role will involve strategising, executing, and optimising paid meta campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on the B2B hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing worldwide ad spend with specific knowledge of USA markets (50% of spend) with a total initial yearly spend of £360,000.

  • Supporting the strategy, planning & optimisations of social media conversion marketing activity to deliver against the channels roadmap & business targets

  • Be in the platforms optimising activity, analysing data and providing actionable recommendations

  • Familiar with advertising in a multitude of markets and the different nuances associated with each area.

  • Work very closely with the marketing team and content creators to execute and test creative content regularly

  • Support team to define and execute the Growth Strategy for the channel including insights, tests and innovation.

  • Promoting, refining and documenting best practice.

  • Documenting and sharing optimisations through excel or other presentation software.

  • Analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.

  • A finger on the pulse of all things DTC and paid advertising in order to hypothesis and implement new tests, suggest new and creative strategies, spot industry trends, provide relevant insights (both to the team and to clients) and put our clients in the best possible position for success.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social marketing in-house or at an agency.

  • Strong understanding of the Paid Social landscape within an ecommerce and/or retail context, with a focus on achieving strong ROAS.

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude.

  • High level of experience with and passion for Paid Social creative strategy, from ideation to execution and reporting.

  • Genuine passion for the digital advertising industry and a drive to stay abreast of emerging trends.

  • Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential; familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, and LI campaigns is a plus.

  • Effective communicator

  • Data-driven with a creative mind - Analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.

  • Analysing the Synergistic Relationship Between Meta and Google for Full-Funnel Marketing Effectiveness

  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues when they arise - e.g.: catalogues, tracking, CAPI, etc.

  • Knowledge of creative tools photoshop, canva would be advantageous., Facebook Advertising: 3 years (preferred)
