Full Job Description

  • Leading design of new products, maintenance of existing products and VAVE cost saving projects

  • Leading projects for the design of new switching products and maintenance of existing portfolio (3D modelling, engineering drawing and product assemblies)

  • Directing engineers and support functions locally and internationally (Simulation, data management, technical support, product management...)

  • Close working relationship with the manufacturing plant to ensure products can be produced and to provide technical support

  • Responsibility that all supporting documentation is completed (FMEA, technical files, ECN)

  • Developing testing plans to standards. Work with internal and external labs to execute

  • Driving innovation and IP generation

    Engineering Degree (electrical/mechanical/mechatronic)

  • Previous experience in design/development of industrial products


    • Skills:
  • 3D CAD (solidworks preferred)

  • Project management

  • Problem solving, team player, self motivated
