As a Marketing Partner at Roche, you are at the forefront of transforming patient care through strategic marketing initiatives. Tasked with planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies for a designated disease area, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the reach and impact of Roche's pharmaceutical innovations. What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to maximize the business potential within your therapy area.

  • Customer Engagement: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges to generate insights and co-create solutions.

  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Bring a spirit of innovation to address customer challenges, driving for better patient outcomes through creative marketing solutions.

  • Collaborative Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the Marketing team's collective learning and development, sharing your expertise and insights.


  • Your Skills and Experience:
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, alongside expertise in content creation, management, and omnichannel campaign execution.

  • A solid understanding of the ABPI code, ensuring all marketing activities meet the highest ethical standards.

  • Technical proficiency in key systems, including Veeva Promomats, CRM/Salesforce, and Tableau.
