Full Job Description

  • Managing the provision of the best customer service to all customers/clients

  • Ensuring that quotes/orders/deliveries reach our clients efficiently and correctly.

  • Providing technical and commercial assistance to complex enquiries to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Managing and mentoring the inside sales/support team to develop

  • Management of existing clients and maximising commercial opportunity

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.

  • Working with the commercial director to help steer the commercial strategy for the business

  • Always be looking to spot an opportunity

  • Love providing best in industry service

  • Want to develop the department into their own

  • Have at least 3 years management experience in a sales role

  • Have experience of selling B2B products

    If yes, Geosense Ltd is looking for a Inside Technical Sales Lead to head its industry renowned inside sales team. With an exciting export growth plan we are looking for a candidate that wants to spearhead how we interact with our clients., Geosense is one of the world leaders in the manufacturer of monitoring sensors used by the construction/civil engineering industry globally. Geosense produces high quality, state of the art sensors for civil, infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors. These products, sold to over 80 countries are used on some of the world's most prestigious construction projects and help engineers understand how their structures are behaving.


  • A company of over 60 incredible individuals, Geosense is based in purpose-designed modern premises near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. This role is UK based, and hours are typically 9am-5.30pm (with a flexible working policy in place). The role is offered as a Hybrid role with on average 3 days a week in the office.

    Full product training and industry related guidance will be provided.
