Full Job Description
- Managing the provision of the best customer service to all customers/clients
- Ensuring that quotes/orders/deliveries reach our clients efficiently and correctly.
- Providing technical and commercial assistance to complex enquiries to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Managing and mentoring the inside sales/support team to develop
- Management of existing clients and maximising commercial opportunity
- Developing and implementing process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.
- Working with the commercial director to help steer the commercial strategy for the business
Have a keen eye for detail - Always be looking to spot an opportunity
- Love providing best in industry service
- Want to develop the department into their own
- Have at least 3 years management experience in a sales role
- Have experience of selling B2B products

Geosense produces high quality, state of the art sensors for civil, infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors. A company of over 60 incredible individuals, Geosense is based in purpose-designed modern premises near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. This role is UK based, and hours are typically 9am-5.30pm (with a flexible working policy in place). The role is offered as a Hybrid role with on average 3 days a week in the office.
Full product training and industry related guidance will be provided.
