Full Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts. This role involves conducting market and competitor research, taking ownership of the company's social media channels, creating engaging content and developing sales support materials and graphics. The Marketing Executive must be highly organised, detail-oriented and a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.,

  • Regularly conduct customer and competitor research, providing updates to the Marketing Manager to inform strategic decision-making

  • Take ownership of the company's social media channels and the organic social media content within them

  • Update and maintain the content on the company's website in line with the strategic goals, including writing copy and blogs, creating articles, case studies, e-books and whitepapers

  • Monitor and analyse online customer behaviour to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in the customer journey. These should be conveyed, alongside ideas, to the Marketing Manager. Develop compelling presentations and assets to support the sales team, assisting in their efforts to achieve sales targets

  • Manage, organise, and collect product assets, including videos and images, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. This includes the correct filing of these assets

  • Analyse sales data to identify customer needs and trends, providing insights that can help shape future marketing and sales strategies

  • Regularly review market trends and conduct industry analysis, identifying new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.

  • Utilise online review platforms including Trustpilot and Google to ensure customer reviews are responded to professionally, in a timely manner.

  • Uphold the correct tone of voice of the company across all marketing channels and ensure all employees do so.


  • Additional duties
  • Get involved in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, assisting with tasks such as campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.

  • Take control of the organisation and execution of company events

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining project schedules, and managing marketing inventory.

  • Contribute strategically to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Support in the production and editing of marketing videos and other multimedia content.

  • Take ownership of the development of email marketing campaigns with technical support from the wider marketing team

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, sharing relevant information with the team to inform marketing strategies.

    At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and platforms

  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and copywriting

  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work.
