Full Job Description

As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Brand Lead, to support with the planning and delivery of compelling integrated campaigns across relevant media. Plans will be based on customer insight, and you will be constantly monitoring performance and recommending optimisation to ensure that set KPI's are achieved.

On a day-to-day basis you will work with the Brand Lead, agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and implement the plans, ensuring that these are delivered on time and to budget. You will support with budget management and look after a number of KPI trackers to ensure we are on track to deliver our plans. Performance and optimisation will be a fundamental part of your role.

To be great in this role you will currently be working as a marketing executive within an agency or client side. You will have a great understanding of customer needs, be passionate about consumer behaviour and be excited using insight and data to better align campaigns and improve performance with a customer first approach.

You will have a good understanding of digital journeys and channels as a key campaign tool. You will also have an understanding of other campaign channels such as TV, Radio, Sponsorship or OOH and will be interested in testing and learning to get the very best outcome for all campaign plans and have a key understanding of how our tone of voice and messaging can be a key point of differentiation.

You'll be super organised and be able to ruthlessly prioritise in order to deliver the maximum value.

You will be confident in managing stakeholders and external suppliers. You will be committed to health, safety, wellbeing and the environment, and carry out your role in a manner that enables us to be a sustainable business - financially, environmentally and socially.

What you'll be doing

The role of the Brand Team is to collaboratively plan, produce and deliver strong and compelling Brand Campaigns that support the entire business, create and support the company with embracing and rolling out our tone of voice principles and developing creative content across editorial, design, video and photography that results in greater brand consistency, influence and the growth of the EDF brand in the UK.

Working in Retail you'll be contributing to Helping Britain Achieve Net Zero and help us become a leading player in each of the four markets we operate in - Wholesale, Residential and SME, EBS and Field Services.
