Full Job Description

Plan and develop good quality content for digital and social properties that is relevant to the business.

- Develop content strategies that are aligned with AG Groups marketing objectives to raise brand awareness, push engagement and generate market leads.

- Manage and maintain a calendar of content, messages and channels.

- Evaluate audiences and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Working with management to generate ideas and briefs for marketing campaigns.

- Ensure all marketing aligns to the AG Group vision and tone.

- You will responsible for planning, executing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels (digital, social media, email, newsletters, events etc)

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and communications channels.

- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on performance of marketing campaigns.

- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development and goal setting.

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

AG Group are seeking a driven and passionate Marketing Content Coordinator to join our small team based in Hilton, Derbyshire.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leads. The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar role and have their level 3, working towards their level 4 apprenticeship. Alternatively, a marketing degree.

Time management and organisational skills will be critical in your role to ensure that you work towards tight deadlines., Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team to deliver results.

- Excellent time management skills with flexibility to adapt to changes and the needs of the business and project in hand.

- Brand social media marketing experience, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.

- Minimum of two years of proven content marketing experience content creation, editorial experience, calendar planning and publishing across digital channels
