Marketing & Communications Specialist

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight.(hybrid working may be considered)

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm ( 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Execute comprehensive communication strategies, within region to promote brand , products and services,
Creating compelling messages tailored to target audience whilst adhering to brand guidelines, driving engagement across markets,
Develop and implement communications plans whilst adhering to budgets,
Create engaging and informative content across a variety of platforms,
Plan and execute trade shows, conferences and industry events,
Collaborate with the team to optimize online presence including SEO, social media advertising and email marketing campaigns whilst working with sales, product development and external suppliers and distributors to align communication efforts
Monitor and analyse performance using data driven insights.

Experience:

Must have proven experience within a comparable position in a composite/ manufacturing sector industry plus degree level qualifications within a related field.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, in addition to expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms and analytical tools.
Must have strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Native English is preferred, however second languages such as German, Spanish or Chinese are an advantage as is proficiency on the Adobe Creative suite.
