Full Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Executive reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for executing B2B marketing and communication strategies to support our sales team, engage customers, and cultivate new business opportunities within our target markets. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling content tailored to our diverse product range, spanning financial services, digital platforms, wellbeing services, health-related offerings, and reward and recognition programs.

This role demands exceptional organisational and time management abilities, a keen understanding of B2B marketing and audience segmentation, and a proactive approach to various marketing tasks, from coordinating email campaigns to developing fresh marketing collateral. You will demonstrate your expertise in written communication and copywriting, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the office manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote products and services through various channels, including emails, social media, and online platforms.

  • Create compelling and engaging content for emails, social media posts, and other promotional materials to attract and retain customers.

  • Assist in identifying target audience demographics and preferences to tailor content accordingly.

  • Support the planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns to prospects, updates, and upselling to customers, ensuring messages are relevant and impactful.

  • Develop and curate content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future campaigns.

  • Manage and update content on the company's platform to ensure accurate information on products and services.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media marketing.

  • Support other marketing initiatives and projects as directed by the office manager.

    Proven experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing strategies,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
