Full Job Description

The role of Marketing Communications Specialist is pivotal to the Marketing Communication Team. You will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and Global Events Manager to deliver high quality communications tailored to the audience and the needs of our business. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of our organisation and use your negotiating and influencing skills to steer communications.
A key creator of content, you will have strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to bring clarity and meaning to complex, technical subjects. Previous experience of communication planning and delivery to deadlines is required, along with excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you

  • Create content for and support the management of our marketing communications channels to ensure they align with the highest value growth opportunities and dovetail with our customer centric approach:

  • Providing support to the Marketing Communications Manager to help create content for global marketing campaigns, including digital content, advertising and public relations

  • Providing marketing communications advice and consultancy to colleagues

  • Producing marketing communication plans to support projects and initiatives

  • Deliver the marketing communications social media strategy

  • Measure performance of marketing content, especially digital, to generate valuable reports which feed into market insights process/department

  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop messages and produce content

  • Briefing external agencies, managing production and delivery to agreed deadlines and budget

  • Support delivery of Infineum events and conference plan, notably Infineum Trends and Additives Seminar events
