Full Job Description

  • Manage incoming marketing requests and define efficient processes.

  • Oversee the briefing process for marketing deliverables and ensure project


  • management standards are met.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials to internal "customers."

  • Ensure company-wide compliance with brand guidelines and provide guidance


  • on approved assets.
  • Handle simple marketing tasks such as re-branding documents and basic


  • design tasks.
  • Organise brand training sessions for new employees.

  • Handle team admin tasks including PO raising, meeting bookings, and


  • managing communications with agency partners.
  • Manage the upload of brand assets to Confluence for easy access.

  • Oversee the QA process for all marketing deliverables before dissemination.

  • Ensure Marketing departments update Trello boards and lead departmental


  • updates in weekly meetings.

    Hours - Part time, 25 hours per week, Mon-Friday. Hybrid working.
