Full Job Description

· Supervise the planning function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.

· Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance

· To manage the Planning Team to deliver a complete Planning/Scheduling service to the Organization

· Supervise and direct all activities of the Planning Focal Point and the Planning Engineers.

· Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.

· Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

· Required knowledge of planning programs

· Strong organizational planning skills

· Motivational and collaborative communication skills

This is a project based position on the Woodsmith Mine project and will be based at the Wilton International Site, Redcar, North East England.
