Lifestyle Support Worker (between Birmingham and Lichfield) MUST BE A CAR DRIVER

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, friendly, positive, caring, self-motivated individuals who have the drive, personality and reliability to make a real difference to our clients' lives.

Your role will involve supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, shopping in the community using your own car to transport them and assist with day to day living skills in their homes. Some personal care may be required.

APPLICANTS WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER/OWNER and have experience of working with disabilities, have, or be willing to gain a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Care.

Experience of working with brain injury desirable.,
