Full Job Description

Our conveyancing team are looking for a Legal Clerk/Assistant to undertake a role which will be based in the office full time at Cramlington.

Your role will be to support existing fee earners with their caseload of conveyancing matters with duties including but not limited to:-

  • Preparation of quotations;

  • Preparation and submission of packs to clients;

  • Completion of initial file risk assessments;

  • Undertaking necessary searches;

  • Liaising with clients, Estate Agent and third parties;

  • Production of standard contract documentation;

  • Exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities.

  • Land registry registrations


  • · Any other duties that may be required to assist the team.

    Previous experience of working in a conveyancing team is essential.
    - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
    - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
