Full Job Description

Two Learning and Teaching Coordinator Posts are being recruited to. The contractual and working arrangements are noted below. Please indicate in your statement which post you are applying to.

Learning and Teaching Coordinator (MBA) Working Arrangements:

1 x Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) 1st June 2024 - 1st August 2025.

24 hours, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday preferably but flexibility may be available.

Learning and Teaching Coordinator (Masters)

Working Arrangements:

1 x Permanent Full Time

35 hours, Monday - Friday., There are two posts available and the Learning and Teaching Coordinator will be either based in the MBA team (Maternity Cover Part time role) or the Masters team (Permanent Full Time role) and will be responsible for the provision of a professional, efficient administrative service, taking responsibility for operational aspects of programme delivery. They will ensure deadlines are met and service delivery standards are maintained, working in accordance with University and Departmental policies and procedures.

The Learning and Teaching Coordinator will work independently, taking day to day decisions and using their experience and initiative to decide on appropriate courses of action and resolve complex problems. They will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, display initiative and flexibility, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.

Both roles involve hybrid working, to be agreed by the manager and in line with Business needs.
